Default Villas Vs Condos or same term

hi, I am new to this forum

I am trying to promote Luxury Villas in Miami to the European audience.

We use the word Villas here in the UK , but I see more people using condos

It would be great to tell me what is the difference, thanx Neil from MiamiVillas.Info

i am sure you can get all different kinds of answers.

if i were you i would go after both terms at the same time for the win win.

why not try 'luxury villas and condos' and then 'luxury condos and villas' to mix it up
