    Default Buyer agent commisions?

    Hi All,

Just wondering if you have a cutoff point as to where you are more or less likely to show a property for a potential client.. If the seller pays 2%, 2.5% 3% ???

    Thanks!

I do not have a cut-off point. But honestly, I am sure there are some that will not show a property unless they are making a certain amount.

You can "save" by offering less, but if the property does not sell, how much did you save?

My suggestion is to examine the recently sold comparable homes to look at what % they offered, their time on the market, percent of list price, any seller concessions, etc etc.
