Market Down 3% this morning.
It looks like everything is going down. Do you all think the real estate market will take a hit due to the change in interest rates from the downgrade and from the overall economic situation?

I sell vacation homes so this will most likely result in people losing confidence in the stock market and looking for someplace else to put their money. Second home markets usually do well after one of these stock market drops.

The Real Estate Market
I dont know if the real estate market has anywhere else to go in my area. Sounds like interest rates will stay low so if anything it should bring out the buyers.
