What should be considered before purchasing a property?
Hello everyone! It is my first property purchase plan. And I want your help. I would like to know the pointers that should be considered while buying a real estate property. I don't about the budget also. I find myself totally lost. Please guide me through the process of being a property owner.

A couple of quick tips:
1. Make sure you are prepared to be a property owner. You will need to be willing to upkeep the home and and do regular maintance
2. Do no not over buy. The worst thing you can do is become house poor.

The first thing you need to do is talk to some lenders in the area you intend to buy and see how much you can comfortably afford.
Then shop around for a good agent to help you find the right house in the price range you are comfortable with.Your Outer Banks real estate agent. Learn how to buy Outer Banks foreclosures.
