    Question Offer

Hello, I am new here and have question on a recent offer I made on a house.

We scheduled the viewing of the home and made an offer of the asking price on suday. The broker didn't turn it in until she had the second offer which was also the asking price. Only difference is theirs was a cash offer. Is there and ethics issue here since we made the first offer on sunday and the second came in on monday?

If the agent was following the instructions of the seller then there is no problem.

With 2 full price offers i am guessing this is a foreclosure? If so the seller/bank would not have been available to look at the offer until 9am west coast time anyways.

I would have to agree with Greg. This sounds like a foreclosure and the bank wouldn't be available till Monday. Good luck going against the all cash offer.
