What does it take?
I am a new loan officer with 3 years mortgage experience. I am trying to network with realtors and find that niche. What is the best method to get in with a realtor other than persistance? I have done some hard loans and I am very knowledgable with programs, I just need that insider guidance I guess.

What specific niche are you looking for? Do you have a specific target audience? Get in with realtors surrounding the answers to these questions.
