All costs involved in buying a home
sales price + closing costs + miscellaneous costs
sales price= about $500,000 (estimate for a Las Vegas home)
3-20% cash down
80-90% mortgage
closing costs= fees charged by the companies and government offices which process the loan and the sale of the property
1-8% of sales price
paid in cash at closing, or rolled into mortgage
misc. costs= $300-$800 (estimate for a Las Vegas home)
includes application fee, credit report, inspection, appraisal
paid in cash
I hope this helps!

You must at least have an information about the property you wish to buy! Perhaps, you can ask some professionals advice!
