Giving Listing Presentations
How have you guys mastered giving listing presentations? I still get nervous sometimes when I present to new clients. Especially when it comes to pricing their home at the right price the first time, handling any objections, and encouraging the clients to sign with urgency. Any strategic tips?

It is not so difficult as you thinking.. I guess you should concentrate on your confidence than any thing else. Hope you will not be nervous next time..
