    * What do you do special that no other REALTOR does?
    * Can we cancel the listing if we're not happy?
    * Why did you choose Real Estate as a career?
    * How soon will you get back to me if I page you?
    * May I see your personal Internet web site?
    * What systems do you have in place that will keep you in constant contact with me during the listing and the transaction?
    * Are you fully automated with your own personal computer, FAX machine, copier, pager, voice mail, etc.?
    * What is your average market time vs. other agents' average market time?

    Yeah, the last one is kind of obvious. Also self sufficent? I guess that should be asked, but I would hope that any agent on a listing appointment is self sufficent.
