Short sale approval??????
I just recieved these updates on the progress of my short sale. Does this mean that the short sale is about to be approved, or does it mean that the short sale and my offer are about to be approved??
05/02/2011 sent lender counter offer to agent. She is consulting with seller as lender wants a seller contribution.
05/03/2011 01:46:PM Counter offer accepted by BofA negotiator and is now being sent to investor for final approval.

It sounds like your whole deal is about to be approved. But they can always change their mind.
