We are closing on our home the 28th. Our contract states the "seller to transfer to buyer the current termite bond". Does this IMPLY or does this mean at sellers expense? Should we pay or them and any renewal fees?

When you purchase a termite bond, it is important to purchase a bond that can be transferred to a new homeowner in the event you sell your home.

What is transferable is the current termite bond. As soon as it reaches its expiry, the renewal shall be shouldered by the buyer.
