Commision from apartment complexes?
Is anyone familiar with the process involved in getting commission from apartment complexes? I referred a client to a complex but I am not sure of how it usually works. Thank you!

You didn't mention if this was for a sale or rental but all referrals need to be in writing to be sure you get paid. Did you get anything in writing?

It was for a rental. I didn't get anything in writing but I heard that the company had a standard form for realtors to fill out... I guess I just need to ask them about it but I was just wondering how the process usually worked.
