    Default Real Estate Pressure

Before I signed the contract to sell my home, my real estate provided me with wrong estimates in the Closing Cost Estimate document. The closing is in a week, and I'm discovering that the fees I have to pay are double. My real estate tells me now I have but no choice because I signed the contract. What can I do?

Take copies of all paperwork, including the estimate sheet and listing contract to an attorney ASAP.

Talk with the BIC also and explain how unhappy you are.

I am very sorry you are dealing with this problem.

The estimates for closing costs should be relatively close (made in Good Faith), but the final being double seems extreme. Did something unusual come up that would have caused the estimate to be that high?
