Hi , does anyone knows something about land buying opportunities in romania? As everybody sees what is happening in Japan , I read some articles stating that the future for energy will be the one generated by wind. So I searched further and found out that in romania , especially in the eastern part , on the BLACK SEA coast , will be developed the biggest wind farms ever , as that region has the biggest wind potential . Found out a few names :Istria, Mihai Viteazu, Sacele , Baia, , Beidaud, Casimcea, Cogealac, , Piatra.
I think it could be a good investment now ; looked over , price seems ok , between eur 5 and 8/sqm.
Any ideas?
