    Hi.
    i am a realtor and i have been asked by some of my clients on how to invest in real estate in devleoped real estate market. Since i love to learn, i want to know the process it involves to invest in properties in a foreign country.

    The first thing you need to know is the current climate of the real estate market in the area that you are interested in. For example, is the area more inclined to rentals than outright buyers(like New York) and the legal rules on property buying in the area. Most countries have no problem with foreign buyers, however, these buyers are still very much liable for the taxes that the area imposes.

    RE investing in other countries would depend upon the different laws that regulate foreign investments usually, at a limited percentage of ownership.

    I think you need to consult the property and assistance in business administration from the company to help you on this issue. Can be a group of people from management consulting firm and assist you in all endeavors of the property.
