I am gonna be a first time home buyer. Can I just find the properties I am interested in on the internet and contact the seller's agent? Or would it be better to hire a buyer's agent to do the work since they are paid by the seller anyway (plus a one time fee of about $495 - Remax, or less). How would I go about that? Thanks.
