    Default Divoce Trouble

I have a customer who is interested in buying a house that is on our listing for nearly six months. When it was put into the market the couple who owns the house are still married but now they are divorcing and from the looks of things it is about to get nasty. For once they cannot agree on the price, whereas the husband is ok with the current price, his soon-to-be ex-wife wants the price increased. The buyer is really interested in the house and has put down an offer, but the sellers are still bickering. Should I inform the buyer that the owners are divorcing even if this means the potential of losing a client?

Sounds to me like you need to dump the listing as you probably have no chance of selling it until a judge gets involved.

Start showing the buyers other properties.

Showing the buyers other property will be according to me is the better way and one will not find any trouble dealing with them.
