Default How to respond to Home Inspection Notice?

    Hello,
I'm a seller of the house as FSBO. I've received a Home Inspection Notice. If I don't agree to fix everything that listed in it- should I still signed it, return it and put my objections on separate list of paper? Or I can write my own Response to Home Inspection Notice without returning this Home Inspection Notice?
    Thanks,

If you sign it and return it you will have to fix everything.

Cross out and initial the items you don't want to fix or write up a new one.

If you are not sure then consult with your attorney.
