Default iphone app for real estate

    Hello,

Maybe a simple game to let your aim to know the brand in-conscientiously, and then little by little, you develop an app to develop your loyalty, right?

Actually, we are thinking along the lines of a productivity tool for agents.

We do have some games planned as well, but those are more general market, pass the time type stuff and are going to be after we get a few of our productivity tools done.

Hence the question to the agents...what might make your life more productive, easier, save time, etc. so you can increase your business and earnings potential?

I think all of your suggested features would be welcomed and useful to agents in the field. I think your main issue is going to be determining if you want to target iPhones or iPads. Admittedly, I do not know a lot about what goes into developing apps for these different devices. However, even if the two devices use similar programming, some functions that would be useful to have on an iPad app will be too cumbersome, redundant, or stripped of features to be useful on an iPhone.

    Thanks for the response.

Actually, we are thinking of both an ipad and iphone app for an agent. Have not figured out how we will sync the 2 for agents that use both, but yes, the screen area available on the ipad is really nice so you can do a lot with it that you can't do with the iphone. Programming model is same for both, you just need to use the appropriate emulator for the target device.

If you think of any Agent specific tools you would want in an app, please let me know. Once finished, we will be looking for a handful of agents we can work with for testing if anyone is interested.

I was told by someone else on another forum that we should include a QR code reader.

Are QR codes used much in the real estate space?
