I see ads for these sites quite a bit. My aunt used one and they did get paid quick, but the initial offer was massively low. Most of them will negotiate. Unless you're ready to inject a little on your property, always counter the initial offer.

You need to search for buyers, then make your offer. Then get their response and make their offering comparisons. Then chose the suitable one.
