Where to Get Rental Listing Feed

I have a classifieds ads (and business social website) that offers real estate classified ads along with other categories.

I am trying to find out some source I could get rental and property listings daily basis to use on my website.

Could anybody suggest any source for this?

I own a number of rental properties, and I always advertise on rentals.com or rentalhouses.com with pretty good success. Maybe these websites have feeds? Free sites like Craigslist get innodated with spam listings and repostings that it isn't a good source (even if you could get feed). Hope this helps...good luck!

publishing the feed without their permission probably will get me in trouble. i like to have legit sources that would allow me publish them. visitor to those listings would have link back to their websites, so they are not loosing anything but gain here.
