Default Looking for Las Vegas realtor

Hello. I'm looking to purchase a cheap, 1 bedroom (2+ is OK if that's what you have) Las Vegas condo (25K-50K). If you show me a clean, decent place, you won't have to spend much time on me at all. I'm an easy sell.

I will be in Vegas the week of the Martin Luther King holiday. I will need to see the place first.

Vegas is a good place where every one wants to purchase house or home over there but the price is too high & its difficult to get cheap home over there.

I could help you if your query was about Houston, Texas.
Anyway wait for sometime, may be other members can add some input here. Else drop in at craiglist. If you are lucky enough, you may get in your budget.

The prices of real estate in Las Vegas have decreased in the past year. This is all thanks to the recession that hit the world and Las Vegas is one of the places where recession hit hard.
