Need help selling my house fast
Due to a personal family issue, I have fallen back on payments of my mortgage. Now I am served a court order of repossession. Can it be stopped if I clear all my arrears? What are my options? Is it possible to sell off the house really fast? My timeline is short

With FHA credit issues that were the result of factors beyond the borrower's control can be forgiven for the sake of approval. Maybe an FHA loan could help.

Have you (or your lawyer) tried contacting the bank directly? I can't believe they wouldn't rather settle this offline vs the court system.

We have tried settling terms with the bank, but I cannot commit to consolidate the loan or even lesser payments.
I did not took the matter seriously at first, resultantly they have sent a notice.
My only option seems to be of selling the house fast to cash buyers, I have been searching about this on the internet, but don't know where can I find reliable ones that guarantee to get the deal through.

If you want to sell your house fast, find an agent which can help you selling it. You can also the property for sale in social media and find good buyer there.

Selling through estate agents will take time - an agent had given me a timeline of at least 3 months to find a buyer. I do not have that much time on my hand, and plus there's no guarantee the agent will get the deal through
I heard horror stories of buyers pulling back at last minute. I think, property buying companies is still a viable option

An experienced agent in your area is your best bet. If you owe more than your home is worth, there is no quick sale. You will need to list your house with an agent and start the short sale process.

I have spoken to a few agents in my area and they give me a timeline of 3-4 months at least, since the property condition is not that good.
they also want us to decorate in order to get better offers, which is not possible in such short notice.
Quick sale companies seem the only option but don;e know which one to go for

IF the bank agrees. It doesn't sound like they're going to or even presented this option.
If your loan is assumable, and if you hook up with an agent in your area, have them market that fact into your marketing plan. But since we're in a buyer's market, there may not be a lot of takers, especially if your place needs work.

You should consider talking to a bankruptcy attorney immediately. There may still be time to buy yourself some time.
