Default What Realtors DON'T want to hear from renters, ever.

*Nobody essplain dat to me. - Read the contract again, miss. Or didn't you graduate high school?

*HR don't do no employint verificaton no more. -A triple negative in one sentence. Tell him what he won Johnny.

*Can I move in tomorrow and give you half? -No. You don't even have a credit score miss. But you have a 2 year old granddaughter in the hot car don't you? Ladies and gentlemen, the world's youngest grandmother! Come oooooon dooowwwn!

*I'm self employed; I'm going to operate a body shop in my garage. -No, you are not sir. This is why there are bylaws; because of ignorant hicks like you.

*I'm expecting money from my x ____, in about a month. Can we at least go see it? -Why would I do this, knowing you just put your foot in your mouth?

*I don't feel I should have to verify my employant with no one. No ffenss. -Oh, none taken. Be sure to flip that mattress at the hotel you and your family of seven are staying now ya heuh?

*Thanks for taking us out to see those four rentals last week. Nothing against you. I know you did all the driving. My husband and I will work something else out. -Oh, that's quite alright ma'am. Here, take my last two dollars. You took almost all of it. That's it, hold out your hand. Take it all or nothing. Get it?! You want my girlfriend's money too?

Feel free to add. I know there are plenty more, I can't get my blood pressure up anymore though. Yeah, I know. Only 7 and he's getting upset. Bet your *** I am.

Lol, we definitely get a ton of crazy questions, statements and get into a lot of odd conversations with renters. This one made me actually laugh: "*I'm self employed; I'm going to operate a body shop in my garage. -No, you are not sir." I dont know why I thought it was so funny though, perhaps it is because many renters can not grasp why this would not be allowed haha

It sounds really very funny. But I think all Realtor have to be prepared for such kind of silly questions. Its our job after all..
