Short sale cash vs. Pre-approved
my offer that was pre-approved was declined by the sellers realtor even though it was 5000.00 more then the all cash offer. the realtor told me that she was afraid that the bank once they appraised the home that they wouldnt approve my loan which has already been pre approved. later i found out that the other offer wasnt all cash and the property is listed contingent show. is that legal. and can i call someone or do any thing about this.
