Default can we make selling agent remove listing with video

We bought a house in Ontario and it closes on the 27th everything is in order financing went through just waiting on closing

Anyway my question they took listing off mls but the selling agent has their own website with pictures and a video of the house which is also on utube

We have emailed the selling agent 4 times now asking for it to be removed but they just won’t reply to are emails or return are calls

Can I legally make them take it down?

If they don’t answer my calls or emails once it closes I will take legal action since this will be my property and they did not ask me to show it

I hate to do this but they won’t reply to me

The selling agent only has to respect the sellers request as the seller is the one who hired him/her and do what the contract states. However, you will own the property on the 27 and then you will be the owner and that agent will no longer have a contract with the owner (you) for that house.
Until then.. it will likely be promoted as it generates leads for listings and more. The agent may also use it in the future for advertising showing that the agent was able to sell the home for future sellers.

We have spoken to are lawyer today regarding the issue and he will be drawing up a letter to send to the agent on closeting requesting its removal

My lawyer has informed me that once the deal closes I have the right to have it removed and it will not be used again without my consent as it will be an invasion of my privacy rights as the home owner

just pisses me off how she wont even return a email or phone call regarding the issue
