I'm not sure if there is such a tool. I think you can place your house for sale in one of many FSBO sites. There you'll get a separate page and you can see how many people visited your page. Only in this way you can find the information.

FSBO = For Sale By Owner

Unless you committ to selling your house (either on your own or through a Realtor), you won't really know whether there is any interest in your particular property. There is no tool that measures "interest".
MLS will keep statistics of recent sales in your area, and that's probably as good a guage as you're going to get that will tell you how likely it is your house will sell.

Tool? I'm not sure if there is such a tool upon selling. You can ask help of a real estate agent if its really urgent to sell your property.

I guess there is no tool that suit to your need. But you may search for site that can place your house for selling. a real estate broker or real estate expert can help you.

Please start talking to a number of real estate agents. From what you have written here it is obvious you need professional help with the sale of your house. Do the smart thing!
