    Default with-unconditional

    I was looking at a listing on the mls for a home in NY state.
    Can someone tell me what status: With -unconditional means?

    Sounds like It's an unconditional withdrawl, meaning despite there is a contract in place for the sale, the broker will no onger pursue the sale of the property or enforce the contract for sale.
    Here, in Las Vegas, we see that alot if a short sale listing is foreclosed on and the bank assigns it to another agent. Once the property changes hands the contract is no longer enforceable and has to be withdrawn. You may see the property relisted soon.

    Unconditional- is actually the listing can be removed and
    it no longer holds the previous agreement,irrespective of the
    contract held previously.
