HOA Question - Common Area Privileges
I have a business partner who invested in a condominium with me. He is not on the deed, but we have a legal agreement in place regarding the financial constraints, etc. The HOA is now denying his privileges in use of the common areas, etc as they say 1) he is not a resident, and 2) he is not on the deed.
What is the best recourse for this situation?
Thank you for your help!

Just put him on the deed or on the rental lease and then he can use the amenities. It is the best interests of all the owners if they limit the number of people using the amenities.
