Looking for a Flat in VIRAR. Is it a good idea?
I stay in Chembur as of now...and as my building is getting demolished we are planning to shift. Virar is a good option according to my parents. I dont know much about the place and the thought of buying a flat in Virar makes me a bit worried.
Can anyone please help me know if we have good amenities there in virar and whether it is a good idea to buy a flat there?

Yes it is!!
Hey hi versatile,
Virar is definitely a good option for you to buy a flat there. Virar is budding in terms of infrastructure and planning.
I lately also read about development in Virar with respect to transport through trains and roadways. Few of my friends who stay in Virar also say that the water problem that then initially had is taken care of now..
So Virar is a nice place be stay with flats available at affordable prices compared to other parts of Mumbai. Besides you will also have an option of havin your weekend spent at Arnala beach

Go ahead!!
I agree with divi..it is an added advantage!!
Considering the budget constraints you can buy a flat in Virar as the rates at other places are higher and you get more in the lesser amount of money.
I am sure your parents must have thought a lot before making a decision of shifting to Virar from chembur. Virar is in the developing phase and will definitely gain more demand in the near future
Dont worry...go ahead!!

Thanks!!
Thanks for your reply guyz!
I am a less worried now about my decision and I guess it is better to book a flat in Virar now because suburbs are developing and with course of time with have more and more demand. Apparently have seen the efforts MMRDA is making in terms of Infrastructural development and I think this will be help the suburbs to grow in all aspects.

Its a nice Project
Hey even I have heard a lot about Global city recently.
It really seems to be an interesting project in a place like Virar. Must say suburbs are developing a lot. There is a lot of demand for residential as well as Commercial properties in Borivali as well. The population now seems to be moving towards the suburbs as the heart of mumbai is getting too crowded and also involves a lot of pollution.
I think Global City at Virar truly represents an improved urban living environment for home aspiring citizens from the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
These days the focus is more on the consumer comfort and luxury and amenities which reflect the standard of living of the people. Jacuzzi, clubhouse, schools, hospitals and colleges nearby, these represent a township altogether.
Planning to invest in the property, can anyone suggest me as well if its really good it invest in Global City?

I don't know much about this area. But I can say that you must consult some good local real estate agent while invest in the property.
