I am close to signing a Purchase and Sales agreement to sell my house. We have agreed to let the buyer move in 3 weeks prior to closing with no rent. What sort of paragraph could I inject into the agree that would insure that the buyer would not just move into my house, use it for 3 weeks and walk away? Thank you for your advice
