You should get a 1099 in the next few months. Some lenders are taking longer to send these 1099s out, but you should have it before having to file your taxes this year. I've heard some cases that a 1099 was never sent out. Note this issue with your accountant as the 1099 needs to be included in your 2009 tax returns.
