    Default Price movement of DC property in recent years?

    Anyone knows what was the price movement in recent years in DC and would it be wise to invest in property now purely for the investment purpose?

    It depends on what neighborhood. There are charts you can download/or buy that shows where the money is. There's parts of DC that aren't bullet ridden?
