    Default What do I need?

I really want to try to get a house, and I know that would intale me getting a loan. What exactly is needed to get a loan? I have good credit, my boyfriend has a job. I wonder if we could put it in both our names and get approved?

Well you need to go to a bank and to an agent and discuss everything. But be sure to have good income and good credit history.

The next thing that you have to do is to apply for loan in Bank and stop starting this kind of thread in which to promote your service or website...!!! Good Luck with your idea...!!!

If you have good credit history then You should talk to bank for loan. Also I want to suggest one thing that if you apply single then it would be better because I heard many time about girlfriend-boyfriend credit fraud. I am not saying that you people are wrong but possibility may happen.
