Nice to see people helping out others here. I need some genuine suggestion now.

We have a plot (2400 sq. ft) in a layout adjacent lakshmi ammal college in thiruvanchery, tambaram. I would like to know the trend price in that area. I do contacted few peoples residing nearby & was said around 20L-25L. I believe the plot worth more than that especially after seeing the quotes above. They are just trying to manipulate us which i can understand clearly.

So i need some genuine people who can quote the price/sq. ft in the area i've mentioned.
