    Default Modular Homes-Any Thoughts??

DH and I are thinking about purchasing a modular home - we'd be interested in your thoughts.

    Hello Terry,

I noticed no one ever replied to your question so I thought I would send over a quick note.

A modular home is definitely not a bad way to go. Depending upon what price range you are looking at, there are a number of great models to choose from. And of course there are some nice features at various price points.

Realize that these types of homes are generally not listed on MLS (at least here in Minnesota) But nonetheless, you may want to get an advocate on your side to help out. Finding a buyer's agent, someone who can go to bat for you is important.

I hope this information helps you.
