Real Estate Software Question..
I'm an agent, a little new to being one I might add. I live in Toronto Ontario, I don't know if this forum has any Ontario Realtors let alone Canadian ones here but I have a general question.
I'm looking for good real estate software that lets me work on the go, mobile. We have webforms but it requires an internet connection and it generates PDF's, I found software called quickoffer but I don't know anyone who's used it before. It creates documents locally and its in ms word so it can be edited later and by anyone?
* I'd post a link but I can't yet..
I guess my question is does anyone know this software or can suggest others that can be local and doesn't require an internet connection? Thanks.

Can i know How a software can help a Realtor in his work?I am a Realtor and in search of such new tools and software.
