Default Bad credit, what do I need to do?

I have for some time now wanted to start investing in real estate. My problem is that me and my wife went through some rough times a few years ago and our credit is not good.

My question is: How can I get in to a fixer-upper type home without good credit. Is my best bet to cooperate even though I'm only looking to "fix up" and sell a home more as extra income than a full time business.

You should meet with a lender. A good lender should be able to help you clean up your credit and help you get a get a home loan.

Your present income should be rather high right and it should rather stable to become more attarctive now for the loans.
