Default Why You Should Hire a Buyers Agent

    Hello friends,

Here are some reasons that why one should hire a buyer's agent.

    # Real estate agents are not only marketing professionals, in many states they are extensions of the legal system, similar to a limited practice attorney.

    # Not only do real estate agents know the laws around housing related transactions, but they also are privy to the tendencies of the local market.

    # Investors and home buyers have to keep in mind that there is not only one agent at a brokerage, but an entire body of agent and brokers who have a wealth of knowledge and experience that they can rely on.

    # When you hire a buyers agent you do not just get the input and knowledge of one agent but you get the depth and breadth of the experience of their broker as well, as they have a vested interest in the success of the agent.

Hey waterfront nice information sharing.. Yes I am totally agree with you. An agent can help you s lot in buying or selling property.

If somebody is thinking that why he/she should spend on agent then he/she is making a big mistake. Because buying a home is big financial investment so one needs to be very careful. If he/she posses a through knowledge of real estate market then its ok. But in other one should hire an agent.

Having a buyer's agent is definitely a good idea for anyone who does not understand the intricacies of the home buying process or the real estate market. A buyer's agent can be helpful in the negotiation process, not to mention all the paperwork and documentation that is necessary to make a deal work.

Real estate agents target their efforts on buyers and sellers and discover methods to assist them in their particular needs. The real estate buyers agent also educates the client about the contract process and the market condition. Hiring an agent is necessary in today

There is no similarity to an Attorney. A Real Estate Agent is not an Attorney and can not provide legal advice. You will find that out the first time you have a legal question as they will tell you to consult an Attorney.

    # Not only do real estate agents know the laws around housing related transactions, but they also are privy to the tendencies of the local market.

Some Agents do know or have a good understanding of the real estate laws. These Agents are few and far between. Most Agents do not spend enough time understanding their own licensing laws let alone any other facet of the law.

    # Investors and home buyers have to keep in mind that there is not only one agent at a brokerage, but an entire body of agent and brokers who have a wealth of knowledge and experience that they can rely on.

All Agents in an office should be of the same caliber if the Broker wants a successful office. If all Agents and Brokers in an office are of the same caliber, which is most cases, then if your Agent is unable to help you the others won't be able either.

    # When you hire a buyers agent you do not just get the input and knowledge of one agent but you get the depth and breadth of the experience of their broker as well, as they have a vested interest in the success of the agent.

The Broker has a vested interest in the Agent selling the property. If the Agent does not sell the property the Broker receives no cut of the commission. When money is the motivating factor then all bets are off. In this economy many Brokers are going hungry if the Agent does not sell you that property. The important thing to keep in mind is "Caveat Emptor" (Buyer Beware)!
A Real Estate Agent can only explain the contents of a real estate form, or situation, to the extent that legal advice is not provided. Please do not compare Real Estate Agents to Attorneys nor mislead consumers into believing that you are capable of providing any legal advice. This is against the law in every State of the Union!

I would definitely agree that the hiring of a buyers agent can greatly inhance your home buying and selling experience and take a load off of your shoulders, but as thebigone stated, a real estate agent is not an attorney and should probably not be compared so closely.

Yeah obviously no one should invest without using a buyers agent.we have to rely heavily on these people as they have the professional edge and will
make buying so easy and comfortable for buyers.I dunno about anyone who goes investing without proper guidance which is very much required in
    realestate environment.

The main reason to hire a buyer’s agent is that you can get a better deal for the property and also can save lot of money and time. Buyer’s agent can help you in getting your dream property at your desired place and also they can provide the proper guidance in filling the paper works. Make sure the agent must be a reputed one or else you may fall in losing money.

Well said. There are literally hundreds of benefits of having a buyer's agent assisting a buyer in a transaction.
