    Default Anyone knows a hard money lender?

    I've been looking for local hard money lender, to finance my real estate project, any location will do. I just need a lists. If anyone knows, please inform me. Thanks!

    Hi Jason, hmmm.. you can check on the web, i heard ebay sells a listing now. Also, have you seen rehabhardmoney.com? I think they have too.
