Can a real estate license holder sell his or her own home? If so what must be disclosed?

What you have to disclose will be determined by your state laws.

Of course you can buy or sell your own home as an agent. Some investors get their license simply to buy and sell their own homes and save on the commissions.
In fact, my first deal was buying my own home.
