    Question Transfering License

If I have a real estate license in California, how can I transfer my license to Texas? Or do I have to retake those classes again? I don't want to waste my time and money if I have to retake those classes cause then I rather wait until I moved back to Texas in 6 months.

    Default California to Texas license

You may have to take the courses again. What you need to do is call the Real Estate Division in Texas and ask if Texas accepts any courses from CA. You will find that a lot of states do not accept courses from other states, they want you to complete the education for that particular state.
    Good luck in Texas!
