Default Need help selling our Motel

Hi, We own a small motel in Maine and it's been on the market since last July. We have had a few people look at it but no bids so far. We are coming into our busy season and know some may be waiting for that.

I need help getting some free webb sites or ideas on how I can get more exposure out of state. Any advise would ge welcome. It is listed with ERA Webb here in Maiine and it's on the mls listing and our agent is going to list it in a out of state flyer.

    Any advise for me.

I think you need to post your listing in different ad sites or work on marketing on it whether online or offline.

Ask your agent if you are on Loopnet or any of the other websites for commercial property. Good luck and best wishes with your sale!

    Default Single Property Websites

Many agents use our Single Property Websites which allow you to create your own website for $49. It is built in a way that it can be used for residential or commercial properties.

You don't need to know any HTML and it comes with its own domain for one year. Hope this helps.

Do you not have any companies that specialise in selling businesses in your area or further a field? That would be your best bet in my opinion.
