    Default Adverse Possession???

    I am interested in learning more anout Adverse Possession. If you are familar with this topic please provide some information. It would be appreciated if someone can contact me through a private message to discuss this topic. James

    Adverse possession arises when the true owner of record fails to maintain possession and the property is seized by another. If the true owner does not use the legal means avialable to remove a hostile trespasser, the owner will lose his/her right to the property after a period of time.
