Flipping houses is starting on it's way up again. Most beginner investors were being held up by the 90 Day FHA rule, but it's starting to change.

Flipping houses are great, specially this time that real estate industry continues to boom its way up again. Consider all the possible risks of your decision (pro and cons) to be able to achieve the best of it. But if you can, it is better to be practical and stable. Why quit one if you can handle both?
