All condo units on sale at the same time
Hi,
We live in a two family that includes two owner occupied condo units. Our upstairs neighbors put their unit on sale late last fall but it did not sell (I think unlucky bad weather on open house days hurt). It is currently off the market but I expect it to come back on soon.
Over the winter my wife and I have decided to start looking for a new place now ourselves.
What are the pros/cons of having both (all) units in this condo on sale at the same time? Upstairs neighbors is 2 floors and almost twice the square footage of ours so i expect that the market for each of our spaces would be a bit different.
