Default tips on why real estate makes a good choice for college students

    • You’ll find big bucks in real estate investing. Who would not want to earn big bucks even before graduating? Instead of getting into part time jobs which pay minimum wage, why not maximize your earning potentials? One does not need to have a Master’s degree in order to succeed in the industry. As long as you learn to hit the right buttons, you’ll end up making big money. In fact, one deal that you close should be enough to buy a car. That’s a year’s tuition that you can pay for in just one big deal.

    • You can balance your time between school and business. The good thing about real estate investing is that you get the chance to control your time. You can balance your time between school and your business. It does not matter if exam week is fast approaching. You are sure to find ways to do business at your own convenience.

    • Your friends are the right market. Remember the upper class men who used to tour you around campus during their freshmen days? By now, they’re probably earning enough and searching for the first investment. Convince them to put their money into good use by coming investing in real estate and buying a house that you sell at an extremely good value.

    • You learn the do’s and don’ts of the industry as early as possible. If as early as your 20’s, you earn millions, how much will be earning when you turn 40? By then, you should have been able to master the dos’ and don’ts of the business and by then, you should have had enough experience to be one of real estate’s gurus.

    • You can save early. Why wait until you graduate if you can start earning as much while you’re in your college days?

Real Estate is really a good thing to get involved with proper knowledge and strong mind you will be able to profit as much as you want, as long as you have the guts. This is way of investing, but I mostly define this as investing yourself for a better future? No. That depends on me. =)

It's a good enticement. No wonder many are going to invest in RE with that. But before going investment, you should have the important yet first skill before going into real estate, and that's communication skill. You can't earn big bucks if you won't invest first on yourself. And entering as young as 20, as you said will have a good advantage in learning the do's and don'ts. But most importantly, you don't need to sacrifice you studies just to earn big bucks, balancing on both sapects should be taken.

Everything works in theory, bro. I wouldn't necessarily call these tips, though. More like pipe dreams.

I got into real estate right out of college. I didn't have any money to invest into real estate. I think real estate is a good job for people coming out of college, I'm not sure if investing will work for everyone.

Real estate investing will not work to everyone unless your passion is on it. The initiative to learn more about the business will make you a successful realtor as time thought you about the business flow. You have to study well on how to profit on real estate industry.
Real estate investing is a good source of income if you have the guts to make it real in your life. Good communication skills is an advantage.

Depends on your area, but if you can afford something while your in school rather than pay rent, you can rep the benefits of re-renting it once you graduate and take the next step up.

    Default Hi

In real estate everything depends upon the location, because development and growth is must necessary for the real estate property. So must choose the property where we found better future growth and good opportunity for the development in the future.
