Anyone have any houston area realtors they can recommend who might work with someone finding land to purchase for development?

Just google what you asked here.
There will be some agents contacting you from this forum who will say they know someone in the area who can help you but they will just google the same thing and then charge the other agent 30% of their commission to do so.
