First Timer Buyer Questions
Hi
I am a aspiring First Time Buyer and I have a lot of questions. I will really appreciate if I can get some of them answered.
I am planning on getting pre-approved and as I understand it the next step is to work with a Realtor/agent. I want to work with a Buyers agent.
QUESTION:
1. I can ask the Realtor but is there any other resource to find out type of Realtor is he . Sellers,Buyers,Dual ......
2. Can i get a list of Buyers only Realtor in my area from somewhere?
Thanks in advance

I would talk to 2 or 3 different agents and ask what areas they specialize in, do they mainly work with buyers or sellers or both and if they have experience finding buyers distressed homes ie. bank foreclosures and short sales

To find a Buyers Agent you can check out the search page for the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council of the National Association of REALTORS [URL="http://www.rebac.net/MembershipDirectorySearch.aspx"][FONT=Arial]

first time buyer?
Hello,
Welcome to the forum. I would like to be of assistance in answering your questions.
What state are you in, or what state are you looking to buy a property in? ... The reason I ask is, there is a better way to purchase properties for much less if you are willing to invest a little time and effort.\
If you live in a state that has Tax Deed Sales, you may want to consider this. There are sales in Counties all across the country that will auction off properties with the starting bid being the total amount of unpaid property taxes. These sales are regulated by each County, and have been taking place for clsoe to 200 years.
If you would like to learn more, I have just completed a report on the "7 Steps to Investing in Tax Liens & Purchasing Tax Deed Properties." ...If you would like me to send you this 10 page report, just direct message me your email address and I will forward it to you.
Good Luck with the purchase of your first home.

Or, if you live in a state that has foreclosures --
-- you could get AWESOME deals on those too. Both as REOs (if you want to use a Realtor) and homeowners looking to get out from underneath the rock they are in (where you could do the legwork yourself, and save $$, or you could involve a Realtor.)
But that is not what you were asking, was it? Sorry, I can't help with finding the perfect buyers agent, though I could help in showing you how to get involved with working the foreclosures in your market, if that is something you are interested in.

Your post is hugely off topic and smells of spam. We really need to keep to staying on topic and providing direct answers to questions posed in these threads or the value of the community completely disappears. Each time you self promote just a little it gives one of the many spammers registered here permission in their minds to drop links and bs short meaningless comments that plug up the forum. Please stay on topic.
