    Default VA-owned foreclosure

    I am interested in bidding on a VA-owned property in foreclosure. I have been told by the listing agent "the VA does not pay typical and customary seller closing costs." Am I to understand that to include their portion of the 2009 property taxes on the home? [FONT=Times New Roman][SIZE=3]Or are they just speaking of title matters, doc stamps, recording fees, etc.?     Closing cost doesn't include the tax priority of the seller.
